I know what it takes to perform at the highest level because I've lived it. As a 4-year NCAA college baseball player, I understand the grind from a player's perspective. Now, as a Minor League Sport Performance Coach with the A's, I apply professional-level training methodology to help high school and college baseball athletes unlock their full potential.
My background includes experience at Cressey Sports Performance, one of the most respected baseball training facilities in the world, and Boston College, where I worked with Baseball and Softball. I also served as a Graduate Assistant at USC Upstate, coaching Golf, Soccer, and Baseball. I'm completing my Master's in Exercise and Sport Science in December 2026, bringing evidence-based training to everything I build.
I played college baseball as an outfielder and designated hitter at Spalding University in Louisville, Kentucky. I got there because I was strong — but once I arrived, strong wasn't enough. I was slow, not explosive, and didn't understand how to train for the demands of the game. That experience is a big part of why Hochrine Performance exists. Getting strong got me to college. Not knowing how to train beyond that kept me from going further. That's the gap I'm here to close.
